Dans le cadre de la Présidence française de l'Union européenne, une conférence de haut niveau sur l’engagement citoyen dans les Missions européennes est organisée au Conseil économique, social et environnemental. Elle sera l’occasion de débattre de ces nouveaux instruments et de l’engagement citoyen dans celles-ci, à travers des sessions plénières, des ateliers thématiques et un "Forum de la société civile et de la recherche dans les Missions européennes".

The MeLiS Lab (UMR CNRS 5284, Inserm 1314, université Claude-Bernard-Lyon1) is looking for a post-doc to work on the project "Childhood malignancies of the nervous system: Exploring the dissemination of tumoral cells in light of the mechanisms of the embryonic development". The project aims at characterizing shared and unshared behaviors of malignant cells with their cells of origin labeled by specific fluorescent reporters, focusing on migratory processes.

The ERC Proof of Concept Grants (ERC-PoC) are complementary fundings to Starting, Consolidator, Advanced and Synergy grantees. They aim to maximise the value of the excellent research that the ERC funds, by funding further work (i.e. activities which were not scheduled to be funded by the original ERC frontier research grant) to verify the innovation potential of ideas arising from ERC funded projects. Proof of Concept Grants are therefore on offer only to Principal Investigators whose proposals draw substantially on their ERC funded research.

In the context of preliminary results obtained within the consortium, the Jacky G. Goetz Lab at CRBS together with Patrick Schultz Lab at IGBMC are seeking a dedicated postdoctoral scientist with background in Cell Biology, Microscopy and Cancer Biology.
