La Cellule Europe de l’Inserm organise la deuxième édition de la formation « Horizon Europe : les clés de la réussite » sur les aspects non scientifiques de leur projet collaboratif (Actions Marie Sk?odowska-Curie et Cluster Health). Destinée aux scientifiques déposant leur projet avec l’Inserm, cette formation permettra de :
- comprendre l’architecture du programme Horizon Europe, les enjeux et opportunités de financements qui en découlent ;
- connaître les critères d’évaluation, les aspects non scientifiques à inclure dans le projet (plan de gestion des données, science ouverte, impact, genre, éthique, etc.) et les cycles de vie du projet ;
- construire la stratégie de dépôt de projet et optimiser la structure de ce dernier ;
- répondre opérationnellement à l’appel à projets (AAP) : être capable de décrypter un AAP, construire un consortium, monter un partenariat pertinent pour répondre à l’AAP, améliorer le volet rédactionnel.

|
Le programme de recherche Cell-ID, porté par le CNRS et l'Inserm, a pour objectif de décrypter les mécanismes moléculaires qui gouvernent le destin des cellules au cours du développement neural, ainsi que leurs dérèglements dans certains cancers pédiatriques du cerveau. Le programme recherche de jeunes chercheurs souhaitant effectuer un stage postdoctoral dans ce domaine.

Dans le cadre du partenariat européen pour la médecine personnalisée EP PerMed, l’Agence nationale de la recherche, en collaboration avec 19 agences de financements, lance l'appel à projets transnational "Test et démonstration de l’utilisation de données multimodales pour la médecine personnalisée". Via cet appel, EP PerMed financera des projets de recherche en santé humaine portant sur le développement d’approches innovantes utilisant des données multimodales, afin d’améliorer et personnaliser la prise en charge de patients atteints de maladies chroniques et de leur(s) comorbidité(s).

La Fondation ARC lance un appel à projets consacré aux cancers des adolescents et jeunes adultes (AJA), définis comme des patients âgés de 15 à 29 ans. Cet appel à projets a pour objectif de soutenir des projets de recherche fondamentale, translationnelle ou en sciences humaines, économiques et sociales (SHES) permettant de mieux comprendre les spécificités biologiques, cliniques et psychosociales liées aux cancers des AJA.

| Inserm - AAP : Programme de rupture "Impact Santé" |
|
Dans le cadre de France 2030, l’État a confié à l’Inserm le pilotage du programme Impact Santé, dont l'ambition est de permettre la détection, le plus en amont possible, de pistes de recherche pouvant mener à des innovations scientifiques de rupture et à fort impact en recherche biomédicale. Deux volets structurent le programme : l’exploration (amorçage de pistes nouvelles) et l’accélération (accompagnement de projets matures). Après une première sélection de 15 projets, présentés lors des 1res rencontres Impact Santé, le programme est en quête de nouveaux lauréats : le dépôt des candidatures s'effectue au fil de l'eau, leur analyse débutera au cours du second semestre 2025.

The European Association for Cancer Research conference "Overactivation of Oncogenic Signalling as a Potential Cancer Treatment Strategy" will explore a seemingly paradoxical approach to cancer therapy, based on the deliberate hyper-activation of cancer-relevant signalling pathways. Accumulating evidence suggests that this leads to cell death caused by a further activation of cellular stress responses. This conference will focus on ways to hyperactivate oncogenic signalling and how the vulnerabilities associated with this hyper-activated state can be identified. The following topics will be covered:

- Vulnerabilities of cancer cells that experience hyperactivation

Le cancéropôle Grand Sud-Ouest organise les 15es Journées du Club SMAC (Statistiques et mathématiques appliqués au cancer), autour du thème « Désescalade thérapeutique en oncologie : Que pouvons-nous proposer ? ». Ces 2 journées regrouperont l’ensemble des acteurs impliqués sur cette problématique et seront un lieu d’échange autour de trois sessions :
- essai de non-infériorité : de la problématique clinique à l’implémentation ;
- critères de jugement centrés sur le patient et stratégie d’analyse ;
- essai de non-infériorité dans des populations spécifiques et évaluation des thérapies innovantes : même combat ?
Une 4e session d’ouverture sera proposée, introduisant la notion d’apprentissage par renforcement et son application au contexte médical connu sous l’acronyme DTR (Dynamic Treatment Regimes). Ces journées SMAC sont ouvertes à toute la communauté scientifique francophone, académiques comme industriels.
