8-10 juin 2026, Lyon

Au cours de ce workshop organisé par le pôle IA & numérique de l'Inserm, biologistes, cliniciens et modélisateurs co-construiront des projets pour décrypter la complexité du vivant. Les participants auront à :  

• intégrer différentes technologies, méthodes et expertises (modélisation, IA, single-cell, lineage tracing, spatial OMIC, organoïdes, etc.) pour avancer sur des projets interdisciplinaires communs, notamment en cancérologie ;
• faire un état des lieux des nouvelles techniques expérimentales nécessitant des approches de modélisation pour leur analyse ; 
• structurer la communauté des modélisateurs en biologie-santé, en particulier au sein de l'Inserm, pour identifier et faire remonter nos besoins en terme de recrutement et d'outils de financement.

26 & 27 mars 2026, Toulouse

Le cancéropôle Grand Sud-Ouest organise les 15^es Journées du Club SMAC (Statistiques et mathématiques appliqués au cancer), autour du thème « Désescalade thérapeutique en oncologie : Que pouvons-nous proposer ? ». Ces 2 journées regrouperont l’ensemble des acteurs impliqués sur cette problématique et seront un lieu d’échange autour de trois sessions :

• essai de non-infériorité : de la problématique clinique à l’implémentation ; 
• critères de jugement centrés sur le patient et stratégie d’analyse ; 
• essai de non-infériorité dans des populations spécifiques et évaluation des thérapies innovantes : même combat ?

Une 4^e session d’ouverture sera proposée, introduisant la notion d’apprentissage par renforcement et son application au contexte médical connu sous l’acronyme DTR (Dynamic Treatment Regimes). Ces journées SMAC sont ouvertes à toute la communauté scientifique francophone, académiques comme industriels.
