Sorbonne Université - DU : Biopsies liquides : de la biologie à la clinique

Année 2024-2025

La faculté de santé/Sorbonne Université lance la première formation universitaire française consacrée aux biopsies liquides, avec les objectifs suivants :

  • consolider les connaissances sur les principales étapes de la tumorigenèse et de la dissémination métastatique ;
  • développer le concept de biopsie liquide : avantages et limites ;
  • exposer les différents composants de la biopsie liquide (ADN tumoral circulant, cellules tumorales circulantes, vésicules extracellulaires circulantes) ;
  • expliciter la pertinence clinique de chaque biomarqueur circulant pour une médecine personnalisée proposée à des patients atteints d’un cancer solide ;
  • détailler les technologies d’isolement et de caractérisation des différents marqueurs et se familiariser avec les outils d’analyse dont la bioinformatique et l’Intelligence artificielle.

Institut Curie/PSL - Course: Epigenetics

March 11th - March 18th 2025, Paris

The international course "Epigenetics: From nuclear organization to development in normal and diseased states", organised by the Institut Curie/PSL University Training office, will provide an overview of epigenetic mechanisms and their links to gene expression and chromatin dynamics in different systems. The diverse functions of the nucleus involving the genome and its organization will be discussed with an emphasis on technological limits and the new experimental approaches being developed today. Links between the disruption of nuclear functions and the development of human pathologies will be discussed.

Inserm - AAP : Programme "Impact Santé"

Le programme Impact Santé, confié à l'Inserm par l'État, a pour objectif de soutenir le développement de solutions pour faire face aux grands défis scientifiques, technologiques et sociétaux dans le domaine de la santé humaine. Les projets "d'amorçage" ou "d'accélération" contribueront notamment :

  • à l’ouverture d’un nouveau champ de recherche ;
  • à l’essor d’applications ou d’outils s'appliquant à toute la communauté scientifique ;
  • au développement de nouveaux produits de santé ou dispositifs médicaux ;
  • à une amélioration du système de santé pour les patients, les soignants, ou du parcours de soin global ;
