La Fondation ARC lance un appel à projets ayant pour objectif de comprendre les mécanismes de résistance thérapeutique dans le cancer du pancréas et de développer des stratégies innovantes permettant de dépasser cette résistance, autour d'objectifs tels que : 

• étudier le rôle du microenvironnement tumoral pancréatique (stromal, cellules immunitaires, etc.) dans la résistance thérapeutique ;

La Commission européenne devrait publier en 2027 un appel à projets intitulé "Leveraging functional genomics to reveal novel targets for cancer treatment", autour des axes suivants : 

• To identify and validate new targets for innovative therapeutic approaches, by developing experimental models (Any relevant preclinical or clinical model including but not limited to in silico, in vitro, in vivo or ex vivo models) and technologies to access the functional effects of tumour temporal heterogeneity on disease initiation, progression and relapse.
• To investigate the mechanisms underlying the interply between the tumor’s dynamic multi-omics characteristics, its microenvironment and patient specific factors (such as: genetic background, immune status, age, sex, and comorbidities) during disease initiation and progression. This includes elucidating the mechanisms of adaptive resistance to therapies, utilizing clinical data where appropriate
• To apply state-of-the-art approaches, tools and models to integrate and analyse FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) multimodal longitudinal patient data.

The TumorMicroEnvironment Laboratory in the Inserm Unit 1109 (Strasbourg)  is seeking a postdoc or a research engineer interested in investigating the effects of targeting tenascin-C on tumour regression. The candidate must have knowledge and experience in cancer immunology, particularly in the areas of murine tumour models, histology, cell culture, biochemistry and flow cytometry. Specific expertise in bioinformatics would be an advantage.

Two post-doctoral positions are available in the InGenO Lab (Institut de cancérologie de l'Ouest & Integrated Cancer and Immunology Research Center Nantes-Angers) in Angers, on the following topics:

• T-cell responses to FLASH and spatially fractioned radiotherapy (2.5-year post-doc), starting early 2026;
• Impact of chromatin mobility on DNA repair and genomic instability (3-year post-doc), starting mid 2026.

Le programme de recherche Cell-ID, porté par le CNRS et l'Inserm, a pour objectif de décrypter les mécanismes moléculaires qui gouvernent le destin des cellules au cours du développement neural, ainsi que leurs dérèglements dans certains cancers pédiatriques du cerveau. Le programme recherche de jeunes chercheurs souhaitant effectuer un stage postdoctoral dans ce domaine.
