L'ITMO Cancer d'Aviesan publie la version anglaise du bilan synthétique de ses missions et actions au cours de la décennie 2011-2021 : ITMO Cancer Aviesan 2011-2021 - A decade of involvement in Cancer Control Plans.

Dans le cadre de la Stratégie décennale de lutte contre les cancers 2021-2030, l'ITMO Cancer d'Aviesan lance des appels à projets pour l'année 2023, dont la gestion opérationnelle est confiée à l'Inserm.

13-18 Novembre 2022, Roscoff

La 11^e édition de l'École de bioinformatique, organisée par l'ITMO GGB (Génétique, génomique, bioinformatique) d'Aviesan, l'Institut français de bioinformatique et l'Inserm, s’adresse à des biologistes directement impliqués dans des projets “Next Generation Sequencing” (NGS). Elle s’articulera autour de trois ateliers thématiques en session parallèle (bulk RNA-seq, ChIP-seq/ATAC-seq, variants DNA-seq), d'une nouvelle session "single-cell RNA-Seq", et d'une introduction aux technologies “long reads”.
