CRISPR’it Core Facility (Curie Institute) and CRISPR Screen Action (from PACA region) co-organise a meeting on pooled CRISPR screen technology. This second edition will bring together European leaders in the field, who will present their latest findings on the use of these approaches in the discovery of new therapeutic avenues including immunotherapies, understanding the epigenetic mechanisms underlying tumor growth or the state of art of innovative screening approaches in 3D tumor models (eg organoids, in vivo, etc.).

Le programme Impact Santé, confié à l'Inserm par l'État, a pour objectif de soutenir le développement de solutions pour faire face aux grands défis scientifiques, technologiques et sociétaux dans le domaine de la santé humaine. Les projets "d'amorçage" ou "d'accélération" contribueront notamment :

• à l’ouverture d’un nouveau champ de recherche ;
• à l’essor d’applications ou d’outils s'appliquant à toute la communauté scientifique ;
• au développement de nouveaux produits de santé ou dispositifs médicaux ;
• à une amélioration du système de santé pour les patients, les soignants, ou du parcours de soin global ;
